This question continuously pops into my head as I carry around my equipment looking for my next "masterpiece." However, I find myself also questioning my methods, image selection because of what others may think. It's not that I lack confidence, it is the sheer fact that we are always judge by society's opinionated views.
With all that said, as photographers (freelancers, independent business owners), we should always do what we love. Appeal to yourself and your client, never compromise your vision for someone else's approval. Photography is all about seeing life from a different perspective and showing it through your collective images. Noteworthy is whatever you found captivating enough to photograph and share with the world.
