Krooked and adidas Skateboarding have worked together many times over the years. Back in October, the pair put together a nice collection of items to for the adidas Originals' Krooked Bones collection. Due to its release date and popularity, the collection did not last in stores very long. However, I manage to get my hands on the last pair in stock, recently at the local mall.
Its true what they say "Good things come to those who wait" and for me this includes socks. Right now, there are some great deals out on the web and in stores. Take a look at Sox+Shoes top three deals:

"Everlasting style" that is what you get when you put on a great color way of polka dot socks. For instance, the grey and North Carolina blue (sneaker color term) polka dot dress sock from Express has great style. Polka dots have a really long and drawn out history, starting back in the late 19th century. Back then it was more about the patterns than the color combinations that we are seeing today.
Shopping at Express is not my normal cup of tea unless, I need some sort of swanky casual attire for a work function. When I was there last, I came across their accessories and sock section and thought I would give them a try. Express stunned me the details and playfulness in their socks. I would have taken them to be a bit more serious with their style.
The year was 1940, DC comics published a comic book about a superhero, who lived in New York, dressed in a really tight green outfit and wore a magic decoder ring. They named him Green Lantern, and from there history was made. The Green Lantern was one of the most popular comic franchises in DC Comic’s history. It was so successful that it went on to be adapted into television show, multiple video games and a couple of big screen movies.

Although I do not own a pair, I understand the fascination with custom socks. A question I always asked myself was, “how or why is there an option to make customized socks with all of the crazy sock options available?” Better yet, “why would a person pay for a custom sock?”
Customizing is nothing new, going back to the early ‘80s the sneaker community was the first to adopt this art form. Now, the sock community has embraced this option and it is growing very fast. My twitter and Instagram is filled with different customizing sock companies, but the more and more I dig I realized I’ve only touched a small section of this industry.
